John Vestberg - CEO
John Vestberg co-founded Clavister in 1997 and was imperative in the process leading up the release of the company's first commercial security product, as well as a key driver in securing business with some of Clavister's most important strategic accounts. Vestberg built up Clavister's Research & Development department, and acted as the company CTO from 2003 until early 2013 when he assumed the role as CEO for the group. Before Clavister, Vestberg was a sole proprietor conducting IT consultancy projects for the public administration. Vestberg has an extensive Computer Science and Engineering background.

Nikolas Georgii - VP Marketing and Corporate Communications
Nikolas Georgii has more than 20 years of experience from International ICT Companies, including Novell, Cisco, AppGate Network Security and most recently with Teligent Telecom. He has worked in senior marketing positions and done all aspects of marketing and market communication on country, regional and global levels.

Andreas Åsander – CEO APAC
Andreas Åsander joined Clavister in 1997 as one of its founding members supporting key Clavister customers such as FMV, Bofors and SAF. Over many years Åsander held the position of VP Product Management for Clavister based in the head office. He is now CEO for Clavister's APAC operation and lives in Beijing.

James Byström - VP Strategic Sales
James Byström has more than 15 years of international experience in the Telecom and Datacom industry. Byström's past roles includes leading positions in strategic sales and business management with organizations such as Ericsson, Teleca and Dimension.

Hans Tjernström - VP Channel Sales Worldwide
Hans Tjernström has 20 years of experience from the telecom, internet and broadband/cable TV industry working for different operators and vendors in various markets. For the last 15 years Tjernström has been developing and managing sales and marketing organizations in various leadership positions.

Johan Edlund - VP Product Management
Johan Edlund has more than 15 years of experience in international leading positions within the telecom and IT industry. Edlund's past roles include supply chain management and extensive product management within the Hutchison group ("3") in Sweden, Denmark and Ireland. Before that, Edlund held a position at Acando as Head of Information Management. He has also founded two successful consultant agencies. At Clavister Edlund is responsible for Product Management.

Henrik Olsén - VP Customer Advocacy
Henrik Olsén joined Clavister as Quality Assurance Manager in 2005 and is now responsible for Customer Advocacy, including Customer Support, Professional Services and Education. Before joining Clavister, Henrik worked for St. Jude Medical, a leading manufacturer of medical implants and is a trained Six Sigma green belt.

Maria Edblad-Jansson - CFO, Chief Financial Officer
Maria Edblad-Jansson joined Clavister in February 2012. She has held several senior positions within the financial area. Before joining Clavister she worked in the public sector as Finance Manager and before that in IBM, where she stayed for 17 years working in different leading roles, in different projects and out-sourcing deals; locally, regionally and globally in IBM Nordic Finance. Edblad-Jansson is head of Finance, HR, Legal and internal IT.
